Charles Lipper has been expanding his creativity in the Washington, DC area since 2003. Mostly known as a sound designer and post-production mixer, Charles has worked at some of the most prestigious facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. In recent years, his work in post-production has led him to further ventures as a voiceover talent and producer.
